Resumen alternativo:This study analyses the role of technoflow (flow with technologies) based on the efficacy beliefs and the engagement development in organisations. Intends to confirm the technoflow's role of mediator between professional self-efficacy and engagement as well as between professional self-efficacy and effectiveness with technologies. This study also aims to identify the frequency of this state in a sample of 195 employees from the Aragonese Public Administration. The Structural Equations Models show that it's valid and it confirms three of our four hypotheses expanding the study of the technoflow in working environments. Note that while professional self-efficacy is positively and significantly related to technology, it does so with effectiveness with technologies, but it is not related to engagement. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed in this study.
