En este trabajo se pretende conocer cuáles son las actitudes hacia la discapacidad del profesorado en ejercicio y de los futuros docentes y comprender el papel fundamental que éstas tienen. En primer lugar, se ha llevado a cabo una revisión legislativa referente a la diversidad funcional, con el fin de conocer su evolución. En segundo lugar, se ha realizado una investigación sobre las actitudes de los docentes hacia la discapacidad, con la colaboración de dos centros educativos de Granada (España).
In this work we tryto find out the attitudes toward disabilities teachers and future teachers and understand the fundamental role that they have. Firstly, it has carried out a legislative review regarding the functional diversity, in order to know its evolution. Secondly, a research has been conducted on the teachers' attitudes toward disability, with the collaboration of two educational centers in Granada (Spain).
