The human being has been transforming the world and it is inherent in man the need to represent his actions, discoveries and ideas through art and what it symbolizes. The child experiences this context in his daily life, although the art of the adult exceeds his aesthetic understanding. The Youth Center of Plastic Arts, idealized by the artist and educator Guido Viaro, proposes, in a differentiated way, the teaching of art that has in its formal elements the similarity with that which exerts aesthetic influences on the child, however, through a practice and a adequate speech and easy to understand. O ser humano vem transformando o mundo e é inerente ao homem a necessidade da representação de suas ações, descobertas e ideias através da arte e do que ela simboliza. A criança vivencia este contexto em seu cotidiano, ainda que a arte promovida pelo adulto, exceda seu entendimento estético. O Centro Juvenil de Artes Plásticas,idealizado pelo artista e educador Guido Viaro propõe, em uma vertente diferenciada, o ensino da arte que tenha nos seus elementos formais a similaridade com aquela que exerce influências estéticas na criança, porém, através de uma prática e um discurso adequado e de fácil entendimento.
