Uno de los propósitos de este artículo es comprender la no neutralidad de la tecnología. Para ello es necesario reconceptualizar los significados asociados a los medios tecnológicos en la formación del profesorado, para conocer que pueden hacer y no hacer estas herramientas para favorecer las discusiones sobre su practica docente. De igual forma, hay que estudiar estos medios para saber hasta que punto favorecen la libertad de expresión y la veracidad de las manifestaciones hechas en los ámbitos de enseñanza.
One of the main goals of this article is to understand the non-neutrality of technology. This study aims to examine the nature of the possible types of interaction and reflection that can be developed among groups of teachers via technological systems. I believe that conferencing and discussion on the teacher�s performance in the classroom helps their career. Likewise, in order to succeed, a social relationship must be coation-free, and to this end, it must ensure the freedom of expression, veracity of the remarks of its members, the truth of its contents, etc.
