El siguiente artículo tiene por objetivo general analizar las características del Programa Programa Nacional de Inclusión Socioproductiva y Desarrollo Local “Potenciar Trabajo”, poniendo eje en la vinculación y los debates en torno al mundo de la educación y el trabajo. Desde un enfoque teórico-metodológico cualitativo anclado en la educación con perspectiva de género abordamos ciertos aspectos centrales de la articulación entre ambas esferas, posicionándonos desde la perspectiva de las políticas públicas, en dialogo con las organizaciones de la economía popular.Como eje de análisis, tomamos los aspectos normativos del Programa Potenciar Trabajo dependiente del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación y una entrevista realizada a una referente de la economía popular, en un período de dos años desde su sanción.
The following article aims to analyze the characteristics of the National Program for Socio-productive Inclusion and Local Development "Potenciar Trabajo", focusing on the link and debates around the world of education and work. Froma qualitativetheoretical-methodological approach anchored in education with a gender perspective, we address certain central aspects of the articulation between both spheres, positioningourselves from the perspective of public policies, in dialogue with organizations of thepopular economy.
As an axis of analysis,we take the normative aspects of the Potenciar Trabajo Program dependent on the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation and an interview conducted with a representative of the popular economy. The period of time addressedextends from March 18, 2020, when the Program was sanctioned, until March18, 2022. That is, two years from the date of sanction. The results obtained constitute aninitial advance that problematizes the selected program, in articulation with the discussionsoneducation and work.
