En el marco de las acciones dispuestas para lograr una paz estable y duradera, hemos puesto los ojos sobre las posibilidades de lo no-vinculante en el contrato firmado entre Gobierno de Colombia y FARC- EP, es decir , todo aquello que emana de los seis puntos del acuerdo y que constituyen la potencia del accionar de la sociedad civil y todas aquellas apuestas comunitarias que ayudan a la reparación del tejido social y, como escenario, la cotidianidad en función de la “sanación” de las heridas causadas en medio del conflicto armado Colombiano y sobre todo en las manos de uno de los actores del conflicto que se encuentran directa y enteramente comprometidos con la construcción de paz: los firmantes del acuerdo. Si bien estos no son tenidos en cuenta como víctimas según la ley 1448 de 2011, han gestado posibilidades en el marco de acciones reparadoras que han generado un sin fin de apuestas en la construcción de paz y su paso a la vida civil. Hablar de reparación en un escenario donde el dolor y la angustia transgreden diferentes generaciones puede para algunos resultar irrespetuoso, para otros, irrelevante; pero para este ensayo es determinante reconocer los repertorios que se crean como narrativas subversivas en un país que ha escrito su historia con la sangre de los más desfavorecidos, cercenando los cuerpos y los territorios de forma cotidiana. En medio de esta disputa y de pensar que lo único imperante en materia de paz es desarmar a los actores armados, las iniciativas de paz desarrollan una infinidad de estrategias para subvertir y posibilitar una suerte de contracultura que responda desde la resistencia pacífica a la violencia que ha abrazado por cientos de años a los colombianos.
Within the framework of the actions disposed to accomplish a stable and durable peace, we have set our eyes upon the possibilities of the non-binding in the signed contract between Colombian Government and FARC-EP, that is, everything which stems from the six points of the agreement and constitute the power of the actions of civil society as well as the community commitments that aid in the repairment of the social fabric and, as a scenario, daily life based on “healing” the wounds caused in the midst of the Colombian armed conflict and specially in the hands of one of the conflict actors who are directly and entirely committed to the construction of peace: the signatories of the agreement. Although not taken into account as victims according to Law 1448 of 2011, they have created possibilities within the framework of reparative actions that have generated endless stakes in the construction of peace and their transition towards civil life. Talking about reparation in a scenario where pain and anguish transgress different generations may result disrespectful for some, irrelevant for others; But for this essay it is decisive to recognize the repertoires that are created as subversive narratives in a country that has written its history with the blood of the most disadvantaged, cutting off bodies and territories on a daily basis. In the midst of this dispute, and the thought that the only thing prevailing in terms of peace is to disarm armed actors, peace initiatives develop a vast number of strategies to subvert and enable a sort of counterculture that responds from a place of peaceful resistance to the violence that's embraced Colombians for hundreds of years.
