En este artículo voy a intentar esclarecer, en la medida de lo posible, la que ha sido una de mis dinámicas de trabajo hasta el día de hoy. Con el término Teatro Vital busco matizar el modus operandi a caballo entre el Psicodrama y el Arte Dramático. Una metodología con encuadre lúdico que favorece el desarrollo de roles y la espontaneidad. Encuadre donde los participantes integran de manera paulatina nuevas formas en su estructura yoica.
