A partir de la relación que hizo Donald Meltzer (1994), en su libro Claustrum entre el cuadro El jardín de las delicias, del Bosco, y la fantasía que tienen los niños acerca del interior del cuerpo de la madre, se agregó otra relación, los Tropismos que Bion (1996) propone como una matriz para entender el desarrollo de la mente desde los inicios de la vida. Esta serie de tríadas interrelacionadas:Bosco-Meltzer-Bion; tres espacios en el interior del cuerpo de la madre, tres tropismos, junto al tríptico del Bosco, ha servido para pensar las funciones de la mente. Se encuentra en la compleja y genial puesta en escena que el pintor hace de su jardín de las delicias, un bosquejo interpretativo de la relación analítica, visto desde lo infantil de ambas partes. Se llega así a la comprensión de las diferentes dimensiones en las que interjuegan los niños internos de los analistas y de los pacientes.
Different dimensions of the infantile inside the mother’s body: Perspective from a work of art. From the relationship that Donald Meltzer (1994) made in his book Claustrum between Bosco´s picture Garden of early delights and the fantasy that children have about the inside of the mother´s body, another relationship was added, the Tropisms that Bion (1996) proposes as a matrix to understand the development of the mind since the beginning of life. This series of interrelated triads: Bosco-Meltzer-Bion; three spaces inside the mother´s body, three tropisms, with Bosco´s triptych, has served to think about the functions of the mind. Is in the complex and brilliant staging that the painter makes of his garden of delights, an interpretative outline of the analytical relationship, seen from the infantile of both parts. In this way, an understanding of the different dimensions in which the internal children of analysts and patients’ interplay is reached.
