Ante la conmoción emocional que produjo la pandemia y el confinamiento a partir de marzo de 2020, la Asociación Psicoanalítica Argentina (APA) realizó un trabajo comunitario para brindar contención y orientación gratuita de la demanda espontánea de residentes en la Argentina mediante la Línea APA Covid-19. Se creó una plataforma digital para organizar la recepción, derivación y atención de la demanda y facilitar la comunicación entre los consultantes, profesionales admisores/derivadores y profesionales voluntarios de la línea. Nuestra contribución como institución psicoanalítica fue aliviar el malestar psíquico ofreciendo una escucha psicoanalítica con un encuadre flexible. El proyecto tuvo gran impacto en la comunidad, generando transferencias con el psicoanálisis, la APA y los profesionales. La plataforma continúa vigente y hasta abril de 2021 se han atendido 1.765 consultas.
Solidarity Line APA-Covid 19: In view of the emotional shock produced by the pandemic and the confinement from March 2020 on, the Argentine Psychoanalytic Association (APA) decided to provide free support and guidance through the Solidarity Line APA-Covid 19 to the spontaneous demand of Argentine residents. An online platform was created to organize the reception, referral and attention ofthis demand, and thus facilitate the communication between the consultants, admitting/ referring professionals and the line’s volunteer professionals. Our contribution as a psychoanalytic institution was to alleviate psychic discomfort by offering psychoanalytic listening within a flexible setting. The project had a great impact on the community, generating several transfers among psychoanalysis, the APA and the professionals. The platform is still in force and 1765 consultations have been attended up to April 2021.
