El presente trabajo apunta a pensar los efectos de la pandemia en la sociedad y la familia y sus repercusiones en el soma. Hoy lo familiar se ha tornado ominoso (Unheimlich) y cada uno se ha vuelto potencialmente siniestro para el otro, el abrazo podría volverse mensajero de la muerte. Aquello que nos era familiar se transforma en ominoso cuando amenaza regresar. Abordamos el impacto frente a la irrupción de la pandemia, la falta de sus representaciones, la desmentida y los efectos en la subjetividad y en el soma. Se aborda la dificultad de hacer duelos y la importancia del vínculo analítico.
The exceptional and its somatic manifestations: This theoretical paper aims to discuss the effects of the pandemic on society and the family, and its repercussions on the soma. Today what was familiar has become uncanny (Unheimlich) and each person is uncanny to the others; the embrace could be a messenger of death. What was familiar becomes uncanny when it threatens to return. The paper deals with the impact of the pandemic irruption, the lack of representations for it, the disavowal and its effects on subjectivity and the soma. The difficulty of mourning and the relevance of the analytical bond are examined.
