My Reincarnation (2010) explora la relación entre el maestro de Dzogchen Chögyal Namkhai Norbu y su hijo Khyentse Yeshi Namkhai a lo largo de veinte años. El punto de vista adoptado en el documental es el de este último. El propósito de nuestro trabajo es acompañar a padre e hijo en su travesía vital, levantando acta de los cambios habidos en su relación a lo largo de esos veinte años: de cierto rechazo inicial del hijo hacia al padre, a la aceptación o reconocimiento de su verdadera condición. Llegado el momento, Yeshi tomará el testigo de la enseñanza y la transmisión para ser, en definitiva, lo que es.
My Reincarnation (2010) explores the relationship between the master Dzogchen Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and his son Khyentse Yeshi Namkhai over twenty years. The documentary takes the son’s point of view. The purpose of our work is to accompany father and son in their life journey, recording the changes in their relationship over those twenty years: from a certain initial rejection of the son towards the father, to the acceptance or recognition of his true condition. When the time comes, Yeshi will take up the baton of teaching and transmission to be, eventually, what he is.
