El siguiente artículo trata sobre la implementación de la Terapia de Integración Sensorial con el método de Psicomotricidad de Integración. Ambas disciplinas comparten el objetivo común de favorecer el desarrollo psicomotor del niño, aunque cada una lo hace desde un enfoque particular y un punto de partida diferente. En esta investigación, pretendemos hacer una comparativa teórica de ambas, creando una propuesta de intervención, dónde queden recogidas las conclusiones sobre metodología, material, objetivos y contenidos, dando lugar a una forma de trabajo psicomotriz que amplíe las oportunidades sensoriales del niño.
This article is about the implementation of the Sensory Integration Therapy with the Integration Psychomotricity method. Both disciplines share the common objective of assisting the psychomotor developement of the child, although each one address the intervention from a particular approach and from a different starting point. In this investigation, our aim is to make a comparative theoretical comparison between each method and create a proposal of intervention, where all the conclusions are drawn, providing a new way of working in psychomotricity, increasing the sensory opportunities of the children.
