Este artículo se centra en el tipo II y cómo desde la psicología pueden diseñarse acciones para prevenir, gestionar y erradicar el fenómeno.
In this article, the social phenomenon of workplace violence is presented. Knowing its meaning, explanatory theories, its taxonomy and its consequences make it possible to visualize an existing reality in our society. This manuscript focuses on type II and how from psychology actions can be designed to prevent, manage and eradicate the phenomenon.
