El abuso sexual infantil es un tipo de agresión con consecuencias a corto, mediano y largo plazo, que impacta al menor a nivel cognitivo, conductual, emocional y físico. Éste, dependiendo de su nivel de maduración y/o aspectos relacionados con el abuso, presentará, desde nula hasta múltiple sintomatología. Síntomas que afectarán las áreas donde el menor esté envuelto. Lo que hace imperante un adecuado diagnóstico que incluya no sólo al menor, también a su familia, para brindar un diagnóstico fiable, que contenga el mayor número de elementos posibles en una sola evaluación y ayude a su futura intervención. El objetivo de este estudio fue diseñar un protocolo de entrevista a menores bajo sospecha de haber sufrido algún tipo de abuso sexual y sus familias, para dar paso a un informe de resultados más completo y uniforme entre los peritos de psicología, que fortalezca la confiabilidad del diagnóstico en una sola entrevista, evitando la revictimización institucional y que sirva como base para el tratamiento psicológico y medio de prueba para la reparación de este delito, en caso de existir alguna denuncia.
Child sexual abuse is a type of aggression with short, medium and long-term consequences that impact the minor on a cognitive, behavioral, emotional and physical level which, depending on their level of maturation and / or aspects related to abuse, will present from zero up to multiple symptoms. Symptoms that will affect the areas where is involved the victim. What makes an adequate diagnosis that includes not only the child, but also their family to provide a reliable diagnosis, that contains as many elements as possible in a single evaluation and helps also with their future psychology treatment. The objective of this study was to design an interview protocol for minors and their families on suspicion of having suffered some type of sexual abuse, which in turn leads to more complete and uniform report of results among the psychology experts, which strengthens the reliability of the diagnosis in a single interview as much as possible, thus avoiding institutional re victimization as well as serving as a basis for treatment and a evidence that gives access to the reparation of this crime if there is a complaint.
