Este trabajo interroga cómo se acompaña a los niños y las niñas en estos tiempos atravesados por las lógicas neoliberales que marcan modos de producción de subjetividad, modos de vincularse, modos de hacer clínica, modos de pensar la salud y la enfermedad atravesados por la maquinaria medicalizadora que es necesario poner en cuestión. Enlaza los conceptos teóricos con recortes clínicos que permiten profundizar conceptualmente y revisar los efectos de la medicalización en la vida de los niños pequeños y sus padres. Cuando nos encontramos con pequeños y pequeñas con serias problemáticas, es necesario considerar que siempre apostamos a su estatuto de sujetos, de sujetos con deseos y pensamientos propios, con angustias, miedos y terrores que los atraviesan y se tejen en una trama vincular. Es fundamental apostar a la escucha y al jugar y habilitar la expresión de sus sufrimientos a través de los medios que fueren. Muchas veces es necesario inventar el jugar y construir en el espacio terapéutico otros encuentros posibles entre padres e hijos.
This work examines how children are accompanied in these times crossed by neoliberal logics that mark modes of production of subjectivity, ways of linking, modes of clinical thinking, ways of thinking health and disease trough medicalizing machine that needs to be questioned.
It links theoretical concepts with clinical cuts that allow to deepen conceptually and review the effects of medicalization on the lives of young children and their parents. When we encounter with very little children with serious problems, it is necessary to consider that we always bet on their status as subjects, subjects with desires and thoughts of their own, with anxieties, fears and terrors that go through them and weave them in a plot Link. It is essential to bet on listening and playing and enable the expression of their sufferings through whatever means. It is often necessary to invent playing and building in the therapeutic space other possible encounters between parents and children.
