O consumo prolongado e a adición a diversas drogas viñéronse asociando consistentemente ao deterioro de diferentes funcións neuropsicolóxicas, entre as que destacan, pola súa crucial relevancia clínica, as funcións executivas e, entre elas, a toma de Decisións, asociada ao mal prognóstico de evolución. Xustifícase a necesidade de normalizar a Avaliación e a Rehabilitación Neurocognitiva dentro das Unidades de Día do Plan de Galicia sobre Drogas sobre a base da integración da Rede Galega de drogas en Saúde Mental ) pasando dun modelo Psicosocial a un modelo Sociosanitario que debe partir da rehabilitación de funcións cognitivas básicas para conseguir a mellora de habilidades sociais e comportamentais. Descríbense as funcións máis importantes a avaliar e os diferentes instrumentos que se utilizan para iso. Finalmente faise unha descrición dos programas habituais dunha Unidade de Día do Plan galego sobre Drogas, os diferentes obradoiros, os seus obxectivos, procedementos e técnicas e a súa relación coa rehabilitación ecolóxica das diferentes funcións neurocognitivas nomeadas.
The long term use and diverse drug addictions have been consistently associated with the deterioration of distinct neuropsychological functions, among which, due to clinical importance, stand out, the executive and decision-making functions, associated with a bad prognosis. Thus justifying the need to standardise the cognitive assessment and rehabilitation in the day-time units of the Galician Drugs Plan on the basis of the integration of the Galician Network of Drugs in mental health, from a psychosocial model to a public health model, which should stem from the rehabilitation of the basic cognitive functions in order to achieve improvement in social and behavioural skills. Finally, a detailed description is made of the usual programmes in Day-time Units of the Galician Drugs Plan; the different workshops, aims, procedures, techniques and relationship with the ecological rehabilitation of the distinct neurocognitive functions mentioned.
