En los procedimientos de separación, surge el problema de determinar el tiempo de comunicación del progenitor que no ostenta la guarda y custodia de los hijos, con éstos. In the procedures of separation, there arises the problem of determining the time of communication of the progenitor who does not show the guard and custody of the children, with these.
