El objetivo de este estudio es determinar la evolución del comportamiento delictivo según tres momentos fundamentales: La edad de la primera actividad infractora no penalizada; la edad en la que se produce su primera detención, y la edad en la que ingresa por primera vez en un centro penitenciario, y teniendo en cuenta el nivel de reincidencia: primarios –han entrado una sola vez en prisión - y reincidentes –con dos ó más ingresos penitenciarios-. La muestra está formada por 157 reclusos de la cárcel de Villabona (España), de ambos sexos, de entre 18 y 49 años. Los resultados muestran un inicio del comportamiento infractor durante el período adolescente, especialmente del colectivo reincidente. Se presentan las implicaciones para la intervención y las limitaciones de los resultados.
The objective of this study is to determine the evolution of criminal behavior in three key moments: The age at first not penalized infringing activity, the age at which their first arrest occurs, and the age at which first enters a prison, and taking into account the level of recidivism: primary-entered once in prison - and repeat-income two or more prisons. The sample consisted of 157 prison inmates Villabona (Spain), of both sexes, aged between 18 and 49 years. The results show a home for delinquent behavior during the adolescent period, especially the recidivist group. We present the implications for intervention and the limitations of the results.
