En el presente artículo se hace una reflexión sobre el PAAS y la formación y actualización del docente. Se habla de las experiencias académicas en España, sus logros y algunas diferencias. El contacto con las formas de enseñanza en el bachillerato sirve de comparación con el nuestro. Las inquietudes y los asombros compartidos con la plantilla docente. Al final se plantean las posibilidades de recuperar el programa institucional en beneficio de la labor académica.
The purpose of this article is to provide some considerations regarding the PAAS program and the preparation and updating of the teaching activity. The text refers to the academic experiences obtained in Spain, its achievements and some issues that may be improved. Getting in touch with the teaching methods in high school enables the comparison between both our systems, as well as the shared concerns. Finally, the different possibilities to recover the Institutional Program in order to benefit the academic tasks are presented.
