The present article aims to make a relation about the ways that Physical activity could contributes to the Psychotherapic treatment based on Cognitive-Behavioral approach for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder treatment. This study was based on a narrative review methodology. After analyzing the materials, the results have shown that the physical activity can contribute with its practices improving internal dialogue; Social abilities; solving problems techniques. It also indicates that the exercise can be related and improve self-esteem; competence perception, self-efficacy.
