Teniendo en cuenta la situación de vulnerabilidad evidente de los menores con trastornos de la conducta perturbadora, y la influencia en su familia y entorno, se establece un programa de riesgo socio-sanitario desde el equipo de Salud Mental Infanto-Juvenil en el Área del Bierzo. Este programa pretende realizar una detección precoz tanto del problema sanitario como de la problemática social añadida. Está basado en una metodología de trabajo en red con diferentes dispositivos intervinientes (salud, educación y servicios sociales) y establece un plan individualizado de intervención con objetivos conjuntos y responsabilidades diferenciadas. A su vez se crean alianzas de coordinación y derivación. El objetivo último de la intervención es garantizar el bienestar físico, psíquico y social del menor y su familia.

The aim of the program is to achieve an early detection of both the health problem and the added social difficulties. It is based on a networking methodology with several devices involved (health, education and social services). The program establishes an individualized intervention plan with joint goals and differential responsibilities within coordination and derivation strategies. The ultimate goal of the intervention is to ensure the physical, mental and social welfare of the child and the family.
