The researches on the development guides the action of the public power. This is the reason why the analysis of this problematic interests the public policies. In the specific case of the State of Amazonas, it is interesting to analyze certain contradictions in the realm of capitalism. Actually, the majority of the problems of analysis in public policies has notable economic and social aspects. It is convenient to have an evaluation of the public policies in a not-urban context to understand the influence of this environment in the interactions, educational practices and, therefore, on the development of the communities of the alluvial plain in the Amazon Basin.
As pesquisas sobre o desenvolvimento orientam a ação do poder público. Esta é a razão pela qual a análise dessa problemática é de interesse das políticas públicas. No caso específico do Estado do Amazonas é interessante analisar certas contradições no seio do capitalismo. Na realidade, a maioria dos problemas de análise em políticas públicas tem aspectos notadamente econômicos e sociais. Convém uma avaliação das políticas públicas em um contexto não-urbano para compreender a influência deste ambiente nas interações, nas práticas educativas e, por conseguinte, sobre o desenvolvimento das comunidades da planície aluvial no Amazonas.
