El trabajo rinde un homenaje a Freud y, al mismo tiempo, desarrolla una temática actual �pero promovida por la obra freudiana�.
Así, en la primera parte destacamos nuestras razones para seguir trabajando los textos freudianos, muchos de los cuales esperan ser cultivados con los recursos y a la luz de los tiempos actuales. En la segunda parte se trabaja la hipótesis freudiana �no todo sueño es una realización de deseos� y las razones que conducen a Freud a tal aseveración. Se pone el acento en las pesadillas, el límite para su interpretación y la posible intervención del analista al respecto
This article is an homage to Freud, and at the same time elaborates a current�although made possible by the Freudian corpus�topic.
Thus in the first part we highlight our reasons for continuing working on the Freudian texts, many of which are yet to be explored with the resources of today and under the light of the present time. In the second part we examine the Freudian hypothesis that �not every dream is the fulfilment of a desire� and the reasons that lead Freud to such assertion. Nightmares, the boundaries of their interpretation, and the possible role of the analyst in that regard, are emphasized
