El presente artículo tiene por objeto recorrer la trayectoria de las políticas sociales públicas en Brasil con foco en la constitución de la política de asistencia social. Considerando que desde la Constitución Federal de 1988hasta el actual Sistema Único de Asistencia Social la familia tiene prioridad en Ley, centramos nuestra discusión en los programas sociales de atención a la familia, trayendo problematizaciones para las prácticas dela psicología
The present article aims to travel the path of the publicsocial politics in Brazil, focusing the constitution ofthe social attendance politics. Considering that sincethe Federal Constitution of 1988 to the current Unique System of the Social Attendance the family is prioritized in the law, we centered ourdiscussion in the social programs of attention to the family, bringing discussions for thepractices of the psychology.
