For this two groups of patients have been studied, using the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test and the Tower of Hanoi/Sevilla, with lesions located in this area (frontal group) and in other zones of the brain (non frontal group) exept frontal lobe. The results suggest that in patients with frontal lobe lesions there are a bigger executive impairment, of reasoning and in the capacity to solve problems that are in the group with lesions in other zones of the brain differents of the frontal lobe.
