El objetivo del presente estudio aborda la elaboración de patrones de estructuración de las empresas en función de su tamaño y el grado de introducción de nuevas tecnologías y el estudio de su relación con las actividades de formación continua. El total de la muestra la componen 91 empresas de maquinaria y metal de las provincias de Valencia y Castellón. Los empleados suman un total de 9.012.
Los, resultados obtenidos muestran cuatro grandes patrones empíricos de organizaciones de maquinaria y metal en función de las dimensiones contextuales consideradas. Cada una de estas configuraciones se relaciona con diferentes estructuraciones y complejidad de las actividades y gestión de la formación continua.
The objetive of the, present study approaches the elaboration of structure standards of the companies in function of its size and the degree of introduction of new technologies and the study of its relationship to the continuos training activities. The total of the sample compose it 91 machinery and metal companies of the provinces of Valencia and Castellón. The personnel add a total of 9.012.
The obtained results show large four empirical standards of organizations of machinery and metal in function of the contextual dimensions. Each one of these configurations is related to different structures and complexity of the activities and management of the continuos training.
