The analysis was based on descriptive and comparative statistics that allowed the observation of relevant trends and correlations in the student population. RESULTS: students show positive social integration with their peers (63.5%), although participation in extracurricular and community activities is low. In mental health, difficulties in managing academic stress (61.9%) and limited perception of psychological support (36.5%) predominate. In physical health, irregular self-care habits are evident, especially regarding physical activity, sleep, and preventive medical check-ups. CONCLUSION: the findings reflect strengths in social interaction and a positive attitude toward academic challenges, but also significant limitations in stress management and self-care habits. It is concluded that there is a need to implement university strategies to promote integral well-being, addressing social, mental, and physical dimensions jointly in nursing students.
