RESULTS: the main problem of the concurrence of constitutional antinomies is that they cannot be resolved using the traditional criteria of the interpretation of norms, taking into account their hierarchical rank; since it is a single legal body, that is, issued at the same time, with the same hierarchy, and with the same specialty or purpose. CONCLUSION: The constitutions materialized in a more extensive way, the concept of the Rule of Law emerged, which had its own characteristics, among them the respect and recognition of the fundamental rights of human beings, this being a point of convergence between the Rule of Law and Neoconstitutionalism.
