El presente trabajo pretende analizar distintos aspectos de la conflictividad infanto-juvenil que se traducen en conductas sexuales consideradas abusivas y violentas que se manifiestan en relaciones entre adolescentes. Estas pueden devenir en denuncias de abuso sexual y han mostrado un notable incremento durante los últimos cinco años. Buscamos considerar además, las motivaciones posibles de tales conductas y la oportunidad de implementar modos de abordaje desde un enfoque integral, interdisciplinario e intersectorial entre las distintas áreas del sistema que conforman el Departamento Judicial de Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Pretendemos examinar la normativa específica para analizar la viabilidad de abordar la problemática desde dispositivos de la Justicia Restaurativa, espacios de escucha, y diálogo, de reparación y restauración de derechos vulnerados en niñas, niños y adolescentes (NNyA), impulsando procesos de responsabilización subjetiva y social. Obstáculos y beneficios de esta modalidad de abordaje.
The present work aims to analyze different aspects of child-adolescent conflict that translate into sexual behaviors considered abusive and violent that manifest in relationships between adolescents. These can lead to complaints of sexual abuse and have shown a notable increase over the last 5 years. We also seek to consider the possible motivations for such behaviors and the opportunity to implement approaches from a comprehensive, interdisciplinary and intersectoral approach between the different areas of the system that make up the Judicial Department of Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
We intend to examine the specific regulations to analyze the viability of addressing the problem from Restorative Justice devices, spaces for listening, and dialogue, for repair and restoration of violated rights in girls, boys and adolescents (NNyA), promoting processes of subjective and social responsibility. Obstacles and benefits of this approach modality.
