The reflective article aims to identify, through a multiple-choice survey with a Likert scale, the most prevalent factors of organizational culture during the widespread implementation of teleworking. The latter has not only generated structural changes but also paradigm shifts. COVID-19 is forcing companies to take action, and it is here that organizational culture and climate are beginning to show themselves to be either functional or dysfunctional. The results show that organizational management in terms of organizational culture and climate for a large part of the population has not been the most appropriate for the basic needs of both employee health and the potential of companies. The functions of psychology in this field of action allow for the management of organizational culture and climate, enabling professionals to use information, detect and propose interventions that generate well-being for employees and, therefore, for the company itself.
