El estudio es un diseño didáctico basado en el desarrollo de un modelo para la mejora en la formulación de proyectos productivos y/o planes de negocios, debido a que la formulación de proyectos empresariales es la etapa que se centra en el diseño de distintas opciones, donde se sistematizan, un conjunto de posibilidades técnicamente viables, para alcanzar los objetivos y solucionar el problema que motivo el inicio del proyecto, por esto mismo, se entiende como la fase más importante puesto que de esta depende el éxito o el fracaso del proyecto. De este modo, el profesional debe tener bien definido cómo realizar dicha formulación.
The study is a didactic design based on the development of a model for improving the formulation of productive projects and/or business plans, since the formulation of business projects is the stage focused on designing different options, where a set of technically feasible possibilities is systematized to achieve objectives and solve the problem that prompted the initiation of the project. For this reason, it is understood as the most important phase, as the success or failure of the project depends on it. Thus, the professional must have a clear understanding of how to carry out this formulation.
