El objetivo del estudio consistió en determinar la asociación entre las variables valoración de la gestión directiva y la percepción sobre la convivencia en el centro educativo Paz y Bien, de Santo Domingo. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y relacional en el análisis de un instrumento aplicado a la población docente del centro. Se obtuvo una asociación (Rho) de -139 entre estas variables, con un valor p= .622 (p>0,05). Se concluyó que la relación entre las dos variables es inversa, aunque no significativa.
The objective of the study was to determine the association between the variables of school management evaluation and the perception of coexistence at the Paz y Bien Educational Center in Santo Domingo. A quantitative, descriptive, and relational approach was used to analyze an instrument applied to the teaching population of the center. An association (Rho) of -139 was obtained between these variables, with a p-value = .622 (p>0.05). It was concluded that the relationship between the two variables is inverse, although not significant.
