Methods: scope review, which included search, selection, data extraction and synthesis, databases cosulted Scopus, Dialnet, Ebscohost, Sciencie Direct, (Spanish and English), the search period was between 2018-2022, descriptors were used Active aging and cardiovascular disease and health interventions. Analysis was used Excel matrix and PRISMA screening criteria. Results: 22 articles were analyzed, the interventions were classified according to old age factors: functionality: 8 reveal that controlled physical activity affects physical, cognitive aspects and adherence to pharmacological treatment; in disability: 3 indicated that assessing the elderly with valid instruments manages to incorporate a comprehensive health regime; quality of life: 8 showed multimodal activities accompanied by pharmacological support; in social support: 3 emphasize minimizing stress and empathizing with those who provide support, leading to health care.
