Se describe La Ficha Mannheim de Contacto con los Servicios Comunitarios de Salud Mental (Mannheim Service Recording Sheet), de origen alemán y que tiene como objetivo el recoger el paso de los enfermos mentales por la red de servicios comunitarios de salud mental de un área determinada. Con él se registra cada contacto que realiza el paciente con la red pública de servicios de salud mental y el tipo de intervención que se le facilita en dicho contacto. Las intervenciones que en él figuran se basan en la Clasificación Internacional de Cuidados en Salud Mental elaborada por la OMS, lo que posibilita las comparaciones a nivel internacional. Este instrumento es de gran utilidad para realizar estudios sobre utilización de servicios. análisis de costos, registros acumulativos de casos psiquiátricos así como para evaluación de servicios y planificación sanitaria.
This paper describes The Mannheim Service Recording Sheet, of German origin, that has as its objective to collect the stages of the mentally ill patient, as he goes through the network of community services of mental health of a given area. Each contact that the patient has with the network of mental health services is recorded and the type of treatment he received in each contact. The services that figure in this paper are based on the International Classification of Kinds of Mental Health Care, developed by the WHO, which makes international comparisons possible. This instrument is very useful to carry out studies of service utilization, cost analysis, cumulative records of psychiatric cases, as well as for evaluation of services and health planning.
