    El apego seguro es la base sobre la que se construye la salud mental del adolescente y del adulto, es el vínculo afectivo que se establece durante los primeros meses de vida hacia el cuidador primario, quien generalmente suele ser la madre. Las características de dicho vínculo dependen de la sensibilidad materna, la disponibilidad y la sincronía. La educación inicial puede convertirse en un espacio que permita la prevención, detección e intervención temprana de problemáticas en el apego favoreciendo el enriquecimiento de entornos que brinden las condiciones necesarias para el establecimiento de apegos seguros.

    Attachment is an affective bond established during the first months of life towards the primary caregiver, usually the mother. Some characteristics of this bond depend on many factors, such as maternal sensitivity, availability, and synchrony. Multiple strategies enhance the strengthening of these affective and social bonds early in life. For this reason, the initial education could be a space of opportunity for the prevention, detection, and early intervention, hence enabling the possibility of having improved environments that provide the required conditions for the establishment of secure attachments which allow infants to fully develop.
