El presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar el vínculo parental y la agresividad, así como la relación entre dichas variables, en adolescentes que cursan el primer año de secundaria de una Institución Educativa Pública situada en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 100 adolescentes de 12 y 13 años. Se aplicó la Escala de Evaluación del comportamiento afectivo - BARS (Conger 1989) y el Cuestionario de Agresión de Buss y Perry (adaptado por Matalinares, Yariñango, Uceda, Fernández, Huari, Campos y Villavicencio ,2012), y una ficha de datos sociodemográficos. Los resultados indican la no existencia de relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables. Así mismo, la muestra refleja un alto índice de agresividad física, dato que se sometió a un análisis concluyendo que la influencia del entorno social en el que el adolescente se desarrolla podría estar explicando la presencia de dicha conducta.
This study intends to analyze parental bond and aggressiveness in adolescents attending the first year of high school in a public educational institution located in San Juan de Lurigancho District, and the relationship between those variables. The sample consisted of 100 adolescents (12-13 years old). The instruments applied were the Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales- BARS (Conger 1989), The Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire (modified by Matalinares, Yariñango, Uceda, Fernández, Huari, Campos, and Villavicencio, 2012), and a sociodemographic datasheet. The results show the lack of statistically significant relationship between the variables. The sample also shows a high rate of physical aggressiveness. Indeed, after the sample analysis, it was concluded that the influence of the adolescent’s social environment might explain the existence of such aggressive behavior.
