La inmersión en la era digital ha convertido las redes sociales en lugares de ocio y comunicación sin iguales, por lo que se torna esencial revisar el contenido que nos encontramos en ellas. El presente trabajo indaga sobre el fenómeno de la manosfera en YouTube, con especial énfasis en el estudio de las conductas sexistas de cuatro creadores de contenido conocidos por su postura antifeminista y machista, así como de sus suscriptores: Roma Gallardo, Un Tío Blanco Hetero, Libertad y Lo Que Surja y Dalas Review. Para ello, se ha realizado un tratamiento y análisisde datos sobre las transcripciones de seis videos por cada uno de los youtubers, así como de los comentarios asociados a los mismos. Los resultados nos muestran que los objetivos principales de estos creadores de contenido versan sobre una postura crítica al feminismo contemporáneo, así como alentar a sus seguidores a reflexionar y debatir sobre las temáticas referidas en los vídeos. La pestaña de los comentariosse vuelve, por tanto, en una herramienta dispuesta a tal fin, donde los seguidores mantienen esta misma postura crítica y sexista hacia las mujeres. Aunque no se refleja un sexismo eminentemente violento, el humor y la superioridad moral se vuelven las herramientas más potentes para esta comunidad en el mantenimiento de las creencias sexistas.
Immersion in the digital age has turned social media into places of leisure and communication incomparable, so it is essential to review the content that we find in them. This work investigates the phenomenon of the manosphere on YouTube, with special emphasis on the study of the sexistbehavior of four content creators known for their anti-feminist and sexist stance, as well as their subscribers: Roma Gallardo, Un Tío Blanco Hetero, Libertad y Lo Que Surja and Dalas Review. To do so, a data treatment and analysis has been carried out on the transcriptions of six videos by each of the YouTubers, as well as the comments associated with them. The results show us that the main objectives of these content creators are based on a critical stance towards contemporary feminism, as well as encouraging their followers to reflect and debate on the topics referred to in the videos. The comments tab, therefore, becomes a tool available for this purpose, where followers maintain this same critical and sexist stance towards women. Although it does not reflect an eminently violent sexism, humor and moral superiority become the most powerful tools for this community in maintaining sexist beliefs.
