In this article, the author sets out to show that, alongside thetransmission of the significante, the filiation involves the appropriation ofthe voice through incorporation. Based on a study of the Freudian scientificmyth set out in Totem and Taboo and a clinical case, he shows how thevoice of the archaic father has a dual destiny. Foreclosed, it is at the root ofthe disturbances of the super-ego; assumed and forgotten, it allows thesubject to move from vocation to invocation.
Au cours de cet article l'auteur s'attache à montrer que,parallèlement à une transmission du signifiant, la filiation implique uneappropriation de la voix sur le mode de l'incorporation. À partir de l'étudedu mythe scientifique freudien exposé dans Totem et Tabou et d'un casclinique, il montre, comment cette voix du père archaïque connaît undouble destin. Forclose, elle est à l'origine des dérèglements du surmoi,assumée et oubliée, elle permet au sujet de passer de la vocation àl'invocation.
